Return & Refund Policy
Return eligibility for unopened laboratory materials, specification discrepancies, refund timelines, and non-returnable items.
Unopened materials
Unopened, undamaged items with intact seals may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us for a return authorisation before shipping anything back; unauthorised returns cannot be processed.
Specification discrepancies
If independent analysis indicates a lot does not conform to its published Certificate of Analysis, we will replace the material or refund it in full once we have reviewed your analytical data.
Non-returnable items
Opened vials, materials stored outside the documented conditions, and custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned for safety and integrity reasons.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five to ten business days of the returned item being received and inspected.
