Shipping Policy
Processing times, packaging, tracked delivery, international import responsibilities, and handling of shipping issues.
Processing and dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00 pm Pacific Time on a business day are typically dispatched within one to two business days. You will receive tracking information by email on dispatch.
Packaging
Materials are shipped in insulated, cushioned packaging appropriate to the product's storage requirements. Lyophilized materials are stable during standard transit times.
International orders
We ship to most countries where the import of laboratory research materials is permitted. Purchasers are responsible for confirming import eligibility in their jurisdiction and for all duties, taxes, and customs documentation. Some destinations are excluded for regulatory reasons.
Delivery issues
Contact support@skylabresearch.com within five business days of the recorded delivery date if a shipment arrives damaged or fails to arrive, and include your order and lot numbers.
